hope all of the visitors of these blogs enjoy OUR rips.
i have to say that because i see no credits to the rippers (big props from here to the ExXx Crew!) nor where the rips come from
Peace!
btw. nice mid 80's melo rap track

My N° 1 is of course Brothers Supreme's "We Can't Be Held Back"
but closely followed by Terminator, Computer Age, Beef Box and so on...
-
could you post it on another host as its not available anymore
-
sounds to me a bit like an up-pitched beat of Midnight Star's Body Snatchers
-
with no doubts "Boogie Down Bronx" for the Hip Hop / Electro closely followed by Man Made and Heatstroke for the Disco genre...but i must say the whole album(s) are great!

can't check my Maggotron stuff @ the mom but as far as i remember it was the Miami Bass Machine album with the Bass It Baby track (or was it on the later albums?)

I've done some compression and EQ on that mix to make the song louder. Here it is slowed down. Sounds like Kate Bush or something. Never heard it before - anyone?
lol..this is F.R. David - Words

not really a top 10 but for sure tracks where i've spent gazillions of times for my listening pleasure
1) Brothers Supreme - We Can't Be Held Back (my alltime favourite!)
2) Fast Lane - Young Ladies (the so called "soft version" from the blue pressing)
3) The Invinceables - Kong In The City Of Doom
4) Freestyle - It's Automatic
5) World Class Wreckin Crew - He's Bionic
6) Diamond 2 Crew - The Prophecy
7) Newcleus - Computer Age
The Third Degree - Bass It Baby
9) Pure Pressure - (Rapbot) Don't Panic
10) L.A. Dream Team - Rock Berry Jam
-
he did really great tracks but one of them what brings me pretty cool memories back from this time is:
==> Panic Zone <===
-
don't get me wrong, i like PH tracks from the 80's and of course the Zero One album was great but this doesn't hit me, heard similar tracks before and that video is crap - sorry!
btw. put it up again on here under a different artist name and see how many replies it get - nearly none!

u brothers got any jams that really makes u ignite, go off, explode, fantasies, and remember?
yes indeed one of the tracks i love from day 1 (since i heard it the first time) is
Fast Lane - Young Ladies
or
Brothers Supreme - We Can't Be Held Back
have so many great memories on both jams, my love for them comes straight from the heart
btw. yes My Computer Is Down is a great track too, one of the best track beside We Like Ugly Woman & Circonium Girl and a few other - deffo the funniest Hip Hop band from the westcoast imo
