I remember 10 + years ago someone wanted to make a website / documentary bout graffiti in Stockholm or was it Copenhagen from the 80's, and asked to get my pictures that I took back then. Got a little bunch of them if still interested.
So, seems that the original author of this rap only made a demo tape for the radio broadcast and was never released on vinyl. You can follow the discussion of this west-coast rapper on the soundcloud topic.
Never heard of this "kevin morane", gotta be canadian or else yes but french ..... ? I doubt about it. Concerning krootchey, it's french yes and was a hell of a track when it came out, especially the video which was hilarious and still is. Unfortunately he died of health problem in 2004. But this track is kind of a joke on vinyl and on video, very funny to listen at though. "Whatazzy" is actually the english version of the french version called :
"qu'est-ce qu'il a (d'plus que moi ce négro là)"
translated in english by "What has this n.... got, that I do not have"

and the video is impossible to be found, I don't know why, it was indeed on you tube for a while but must have been taken away for I don't know what reason, and it was darn funny to watch at, including the lyrics. Must be the "N" word the problem or question of copyrights, hard to say.
This tape was made sometimes in end of 1989 or 1990 in L.A (was btw sent to me by a friend living over there), since then, impossible to find any infos bout them, do they even exist on vinyls or were they only meant to be promo tracks ? Zero infos bout them on google, a real mystery. Thanks for the help !
Hi, I got a tape from the early 90's that was sent to me from a guy based in san fransisco back in 1990 I think where 2 fantastic tracks are : doom city rockers : there is a war in L.A and Mc corrupt : sinister I can't find any info bout those 2 tracks on google nor on you tube, can anybody help ? Thanks ! I'd appreciate with some details bout them and mp3 if possible.
P.s : there is aswell a fun beer commercial rapped by King-T on the tape, pretty good one actually.
Does anybody know this track from this artist ( seems that its Les sun rae but not sure) ? I recorded it in pré summer 85 and been trying to identify it since. I also contacted Arthur Baker, yeah, the man himself, as he produced a house version of the same title on minimal rec in 1988, and he keeps saying this is the version i am looking for, which is not. So after a few message to him I decided to send him a snipet like the one over here
Hi guys, i listened this week on GFR a fantastic radio show by dj deckstrous called : vol 3 new millennium electro mix. Is there a way to re-listen to it ? I am especially looking for one track that was really amazing. Thanks for the help !
