Finnish Electro flashback! For the first time on vinyl, German label Electro Empire rereleases Polytron's crispy analogue produced and 808-loaded Electro Empire theme song from 2003. The Finnish ElectroBass cruiser is accompanied by another classic, the Polytron 2003 remix of Pimeyden Jousi (Bow of Darkness) by legendary gothic rockers Two Witches from 1988. With vocoderized Finnish vocals and dark synth work, this remix is pure Electro-Disco magic.

Electro Empire presents REPLICANTS - I LIKE THE WAY YOU CRUNCH / JIRO [EE-006]
Irish producer, DJ and radio host Mr. Spring aka Replicants, joins the German label Electro Empire for two hot Electro jams.
The versed multi-genre music writer, who has been active since the early 90's under various aliases, starts this purely hardware production based package with the powerful "I Like The Way You Crunch". This original version of the earlier released "I like The Way You Focus", offers energetic broken 808 beats, punchy basslines, a mighty string machine break and sinisterly mumbled vocoder magic.
Second song "Jiro", a tribute to legendary sushi chef Jiro Ono, is a classic old school Electrofunk Breakdance anthem. Next to the featured Extended Mix, 5-times Irish DMC mixing champion DJ Mek contributes a remix with an extra portion of fresh scratches and funky edits.
Essential for fans of clubby Electro with a traditional twist, as known from artists like DJ Overdose, Shiver / Doctor Break, Jedi Knights or Dynamik Bass System. Available now in digital formats as well as limited edition black and red 12-inch vinyl.

Electro Empire presents Go Nuclear - Techno World (EE-005)
The New Zealand - Detroit connection. Electro Empire presents the Auckland based duo Go Nuclear and three new versions of their hit song Techno World off their download debut EP on Bass Agenda Recordings. The undenieable influence from early Detroit Electro classics by the likes of Model 500, Cybotron or AUX 88 aside, this well and originally crafted production offers catchy old school vibes with a powerful modern twist. The remix by Detroit's Filthiest (aka DJ Nasty, Digitek, 313 Bass Mechanics) - a true Detroit talent who has been keeping it real since the nineties - rebuilds the song in powerful TechnoBass / Ghettotech style.
Tracklist: A1. Techno World (Extended 12" Mix) 7:00 A2. Techno World (Beatapella) 1:30 B1. Techno World (Extended Instrumental) 7:00 B2. Techno World (Detroit's Filthiest Remix) 3:12

Electro Empire Records presents DJ OVERDOSE - ON THE SILVER GLOBE [EE-003]
A1. On The Silver Globe (New Civilization Mix) 9:15 B1. Crystal Boy (Space Adventure Cobra Mix) 4:58
Dutchman DJ Overdose returns with two stellar Electro cuts on the Dominance Electricity sub label Electro Empire. The rough analogue vintage synth & drum machine productions carry the vibe of 1980's Electrofunk with a powerful gritty twist. The main song, an homage to the mysterious unfinished polish science fiction epos On The Silver Globe (based on Jerzy Zulawski's Lunar Trilogy) from 1988, includes voice samples from the film and reflects it's epicness. The second song Crystal Boy takes no prisoners and goes harder and grittier, rounding it up with catchy synth harmonies on top.

This vital production by the British EPG a.k.a. Electro Pulse Generators is an ode to the classic Electro genre. But traditional instrumentation and inspirations from legendary acts such as The Jonzun Crew and The Egyptian Lover aside, "We Are Electro" is much more than just another '80s tribute jam. Loaded with analog synths, 808 drum sounds and Vocoder vocals it also carries the originality and musical depth to become a classic in its own right. Join the journey...
