Fabrice Lig, seines Zeichens Technogroßmeister aus Belgien, ist einer von zwei ganz besonderen Gästen bei der Futura Clubnight am 25. März. Schwer beeinflußt von Science-Fiction-Filmen und mit einer Vorliebe für elektronische Tanzmusik interpretiert Fabrice seine Sicht auf Detroit-Techno seit Jahren auf ganz eigene Weise und sorgt so für brechend volle Dancefloors.
Man hört in jedem seiner Stücke die Liebe zur Musik von May, Atkins und Saunderson, wobei er auch ein offenes Ohr für kommende Superstars hat, wie der Remix seiner letzten 12“ für R&S gezeigt hat, an den niemand anderes als Space Dimension Controller randurfte. Getrost können wir feststellen: The Soul is Back!

Ganz besonders freuen wir uns auch auf Kuba Sojka, unseren Liveact aus Polen, der das erste Mal in Berlin spielen wird. Mit seinen Tracks auf renommierten Labels wie Matrix und Mathematics hat er es innerhalb kürzester Zeit geschafft, sich in die Herzen (und Plattentaschen) unzähliger Musikafficionados zu spielen. Dabei wechselt er gerne zwischen chordgetriebenen four-to-the-floor-Gewittern und Streichermelodien, die eines Mike Banks würdig wären, hin und her. Sehr deep, sehr techno und sehr tanzbar.

Abgerundet wird das ganze durch unsere Technofuturologen Makarov und DJ Xing.

Fabrice Lig, for his part techno grandmaster from Belgium, is one of our two very special guests at the Futura Clubnight on 25th of March.
Heavily influenced by science fiction and with a big love for electronic dance music, Fabrice interprets his view of Detroit Techno in his very own unique way on labels like R&S, F Communications and Versatile amongst others. Bursting dancefloors are thanking him. In every composition one can hear the love for the music of May, Atkins and Saunderson. At the same time he keeps an open ear for upcoming talents, as the remix of his latest 12" for R&S has demonstrated, remixed by none other than Space Dimension Controller.
We observe confidently: The Soul is back!

We are pleased to welcome Kuba Sojka, our live act from Poland, who will be playing in Berlin for the very first time. With his tracks on well-renowned labels like Matrix US and Mathematics Recordings he managed to play himself into the hearts and record cases of a big number of music afficionados.
His music likes to alternate between chord-driven four-to-the-floor stompiness and the kind of string melodies that call memories to Mike Banks. Very deep, very techno and very dancable.

Completing our night this time will be our techno futurologists Makarov and DJ Xing.
