I've got a nice break record from 77-78 by formula 5 (I think), that has songs by an r.cason. I always wondered if it was the same guy. The best break is "sweet willy sweet wine".

I've got the inst of war at 33 and a third where its not supposed to be.
Thats pretty off the wall though having a completely wrong song by the wrong artist. I would almost suspect that its a muffed up bootleg, but why would anyone boot beats and rhymes ?What does it say in the runout grooves?

very few 12's have the A side sounding completly different from the B side, here are two i can think of
Fesh Gordon, Feelin James-I Believe In Music
Dynamix 2- Just Give The D.J. A Break-Straight From the Jungle
anyone think of any others?Ummm, both of those records are mix trixes on both sides with one side having vocals in addition.
The same thing coldcut would immitate and be acclaimed for later. -

He had a lot to do with Milli Vanilli, check this article and photos...

The only reason he didn't become the 3rd member of Milli Vanilli was that he was tied into MCA the record label...Lol, burn was almost kinda tolerable.

...Dupont was not a member of milli vanilli
He had a solo album out in the late 80's. Electro swing beat vibe. ...
I saw a picture of him once. I can see where the confusion would come from. But hey, Sylvester make rock the box and we all saw Dr. Dre in the wrecking crew so looks aint everything. -
Quote from 808beats
Obviously he didn't, as 808 Beats & Let's Jam wern't even released in 1984
And i personally never heard Beatronic until this century.......
Actually 808 was, lets jam was 85. But I think it must have been early 85.I also missed beatronic at the time until many years later. Its obviously a rarer pressing than 808 beats and lets jam where.

Awesome. Make sure to add a few audio samples or DL's also if you can, thats the catnip.

They're repressing that thing left and right.
I'd go for it if the dupont tracks are any good. -
Thats a good start, keep adding.
Here's another similar site with a hell of a collection :

I thought the break was from a live version or something, because it doesn't sound in the least bit like the song with that name.
