C. Mantle from Edinburgh has just returned after a year of silence.
Although his style has changed – the new release is a techno one – the
quality is high as usual: way above the average. The slowly rolling Honja Wa,
the club oriented No Lanark, Universal Theme, and the experimental Shifty
Disco all have the same exodus feeling. These tunes are cold and distant
like a Siberian oil-rig in winter.
