don't get me wrong morpho, but personally I think that sci fi distopia, sintetic world or posthumanism is what I find interesting in electro music...

Those topics bring a critique to the modern world as well

at the end...WE are the robots.. right??

Well, i think that deep and melancholic music is more subversive than any other.

All the music producers that produce this lovely Dancefloor music are just reflecting society as is, partying all day and being happy hippy.

But that is not reality if you look behind the fassade;

So in my opinion making gloomy dystopian music is worth doing, maybe it is more important than doing Trance for example.

And in the end all music is reflecting the mood that i`m currently in, being in a melancholic mood is not a bad thing, if you ask me.

I like robots, & sci-fi shit in my electro. This isn't folk, soul, blues or protest music.
It's 808 dominated spacey future shit, albeit retro futuristic 80s version of the future.
just like 'mid century modern' furniture. It's a style that is still appreciated & created by a select few.

I want to be transported to other wolrds, not be reminded of the shit back on earth.
Personally I'd rather listen to Soul music for more heart wrenching real life experiences.
