I don't know if its from a mix or a whole song. I only know its from early 80's. But it sound like electro.I think i cut it twice. Happy if anyone knows what it is.

Sounds to me like it`s from a mix - vocoder from Pac Jam and sounds like a portion of the beat from Hip Hop Bee Bop.
