Ultrasonic Warhead Remix Competition (Winners on page 3!)

If you were tuned in to Global Funk Radio last night you'll already know that I've launched a competiton to remix Ultrasonic Warhead.

The rules are simple. First, download the sample pack from Global Funk Radio

Then, get to work on your remix!

The original track was recorded back in 2002 and released in 2003 and I've gone through a few computers and hard drives since then, but most of the samples are included. The only element I couldn't locate was the vocal without vocoder.

All entries will be considered for a special digital release later in the year and there will be prizes for the best efforts. In the prize pot so far, a white label test pressing of the new Dark Vektor 12" - Basscelona, and a signed Electro Soul Satisfaction 12" on orange vinyl (signed by Mele Mel & Mic Murphy). More prizes to follow!

Another prize has been added, a signed copy of the fantastic new Invisible Rockers 12", Electro Empire.
