we are the knights on ss ny vs la lp

    i dont have the actual 12" of this knights of the turntable track so cant check.


    i was just listening to the ny vs la streetsounds lp and throughout that track in the background sounds like another song either on 78 or play+ffwd on a tape. what is up with that and is on the actual KOTT record or just the streetsounds.


    i first thought it was some (from them) sound bleeding from cueing on the other turntable, but it kept going and seems to be a full song. anyone know what it is???

    It's not on the original 12". I know the bit you mean, it seems to be a mistake in the mix. Could have been the tape was was used for something else before and the DJ left one of the faders up while mixing down. It does sound quite cool though.
